tires slipping
im having a little problem with this damm tires when i race my truck always slip on take off does any body know of some good tires but i still want almost the stock size 245 70 17 i have the generals i need something better

mine didnt liek me the other day... i took a turn, and it just went up in smoke... then again i have an open diff.... damn pegleg... but i gunned it, and the tire just went up, and it just went up in smoke and i pedaled it some and got it to settle... but i had smoke coming from between the bed and cab.... with the newly added timing i may need a new diff.

BFG t/a radial. Hooks excellent. ive had proxies and the BFG. i think the BFG lasted a little longer and hooked good on the track. But all weather conditions were tremendously better with the bfg. which when you have a built tranny, cam, and converter can mean a little bit more.
Not much is going to hook on the street wtih a modded truck in cold temps, atleast dead hook.
