BBQ sauce many to choose from or make your own.
The RUB spice again many to choose from or make your own.
Smoke wood chips, many types of flavor.

The tongs, the mighty turning tongs.
And after all of this it moves on to the most select cuts of meat.
then maranade and beer.

any of yall been to that bbq place off of i-10 east ??? its a small family owned placed but man, that is the best bbq i ever had !! they even make their own bbq sauce !! the ribs are soo good and tender, the meat literally falls right off the bone !!! i forgot the name of it but i know where it is, and thats all that matters when im lookin for a place to eat good bbq !!! haha
