i think the guy works close to me since he went down the same street i did here in dallas. i was mistaken about the silverado, it was a sierra probably early 2000ish model because it had the rounded tail lights. was not a stepside and can't remember if was an extended cab but it did seem a little long though. sorry i can't help more.
