Im gonna talk to the adjuster tomorrow and tell him I have a lot of performance parts on it I want to pull off. As long as that isnt a problem, Ill keep it if nothing else.

If I can keep it, Ill send it to Vince, get the output shaft swapped, get it refreshed, and slap it in the '76

Don't think you'll have any issue with pulling mod-parts out. Insurance companies typically don't rate the loss to include the value of performance bolt-ons. The only way you'll get EXTRA is if you work a deal with the insurance company to insure it at a "special" rate (similar to "classic" vehicles). Think you'll pay a slightly higher premium though.

In any case, you're going the best route. Yank the parts & throw stock stuff back in. I'd take the trans, but I don't have the money. I will pick up some OTHER stuff, if possible.

I would love to have it for 500 bills but that is a long drive for me to come down there and drive back........ lots of gas would be burned.

Level 5. Output shaf has to be swapped. Not sure how big of a deal it is to do that.

Got a feeling its getting towed tomorrow though. So I guess some junkyard is gonna get lucky
