and black folks DO put rims like that on sports cars around here!! i have seen monte carlo ss with 22's, 69 chevelle's on 22's, even a 70 GTO on 22's..... and they love matching the tint to the color, with a fade in it of course.... thats just how brothers roll around here, but i aint "hatin"

people just like what they like, some folks might think my 17's are goofy...
