Aww, hell... all this postin' about food. An hour of quick prep equals...

Seasoned jambalaya with Richard's sausage (hot) & smothered steaks (ate one before I took the shot... can ya see the bone). I'm no master chef, but finger-lickin', mouth smackin', belchin', and no left-overs is a compliment to me. I sent this pic to my wife's cell earlier today. Not even 20 minutes later, guess who's pullin' up in the driveway. Told her that was NOTHING fancy... didn't even break a sweat on that.

Wooo! You goin to the WRONG places. I'm sure La Seafood is a lil cheaper than that. I know of an Asian-owned operation just outside my subdivision that'll fix ya a LOADED catfish and shrimp plate with fries for less than that, and you'll be full!

I think I need to learn how to cook gumbo. That's one dish I am clueless on. Mom can throw down with a "****-pot" of cajun gumbo. That's a good mix of Opelousas flava.

Now, I'm in the mood for that! Gotta decide what to fix for din-din tonight.
