UPS decided not too drop my 2nd day air (injectors) off last Friday. I got them Monday.
When i called the local Hub saturday i asked the man if i could come and pick them up because i needed them badly he told me that there was no way for me to get them before monday and that i would have to wait.
Then i called the pick ups # which is automated and has to press all types of numbers just to speak with someone who told me that if someone is there that i should have been able to get the package. I HATE UPS!

BTW i was in your situation when i bought my rims.

 

hahahaha same here with brown. Slowec sshipped me some slicks. Recieved one on time. HTe other was sent from georgia to florida, to tennesse, to Little rock(were I live) to california!!!! Week and half later they decide to sned it back to me.

 

well the drama continues, they sent it to San Antonio then back to houston and fucked up the rim and tire, so now they have to send it back to tomzwheels, then they will send out new ones, next week is when i'm supposed to get the other rim and tire, so in the mean time I went ahead and put the 3 rims and tires on the car and will drive the beater truck back and fourth to work lol. Its going to be weird driving the truck after 2 weeks hahaaa.

 

UPS did the same thing to me when I ordered my wheels. I'll bet the look on my face was priceless when I asked the driver "so where's the other two wheels?" They did come in the next day though.

 

heres my ups story-
I bought a pair of drop spindles for my truck from a guy in Texas. I gave him the collect acct # from my work, which mean it charges my account AND it also means that if it is not shipping from my location it can ONLY ship to my address. So he packs it up, takes them to ups and gives them the acct number. They pull up the info, they HELP him fill the form out and give him the tracking # and sends him home, he emailed me the tracking # that night. About 4 days later I decide to track them to see when they were to be delivered. The tracking page shows scanned at hub in JAPAN!!! No shi7- the box was last scanned in Japan and poooof... disappeared. lol
And the kicker to all this is- the person that filled out the shipping form didn't put the value of the spindles on it, eventhough the guy I bought them from said he told her 5 times. So the most ups would pay hte guy that shipped them was $100. Sucked for sure!!
