100% stock trans settings made. Haven't driven yet. TCC duty cycle WAS modified, along with shift points, times, lockup speed, and TM. I noticed while driving (last night) that the speedo started jumping between 60 & 70 mph.
I went WOT, and it smoothed out. I'm sure that statement will swing votes.

Thanks, but it's already looking downhill with a converter that's shuddering since the flush last week, and the output shaft may be bent or loose. Damn speedo dances around from 60mph on up. About to head over to the trans shop that flushed my converter to see what they can tell me about all this crap!
On a side note... I got 50 miles already. Provided something goes South before next week, I'll have another 50 to break 100 miles before removing to fix what I think isn't right. Anyone care to donate money to help the "Ron Can't Build A Trans Fund"?

Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing over and over expecting different results" Not that I doubt your ability, but IMO Id nut up, and get a new converter, and let Vince build you one. Every time you get it back together, something else goes wrong. You fix this, and that breaks, you fix that, and thems break. You fix thems and.....well you get the picture

nah... **** happens. owner of shop gave me additives to ad to fluid. said to give time & miles to set-in (IDK). Also gave me a small bottle of additives for my truck's rear carrier/gear "grinding" under light load while turning corners. I'm nearing the thought of selling the entire truck, and finding something else. Frustrated with more than just the truck right now. It's BL time!
