Too much BS about negotiations and not enough about racing.They're at a track why not use the tree and handicap according to what the cars run.

 

there only takeing 350 vehicles, so I will be sighning up tomorrow, you have to run a 12.99 or faster to enter, there is no nogotiating on this type of race its run whacha brung, and hope you have a vehicle in the 16 field class, the number for HRP is
