P0510 Close Throttle Position Switch

Can anyone help me with this code? It is a toyota specific code and its my friends truck? P0510 Close Throttle Position Switch. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to fix it?

check out the Throttle Position Switch on the throttle body, make sure it's clean and plugged in tight.
