Nitrous Refill Houston Area

Im puttin nitrous on my cousins 06 SS in a few weeks. He lives in Webster and needs a place local to refill his nitrous bottle

I got a question while youre on the subject- How much is N20 there in TX per lb??? Here its $5.00 so $50 to fill my 10lb bottle. Plus I think the guy has been screwing me over cause he said it used to take 20 or 30 minutes to fill a bottle before he got his new refill station, and every time I got it done then it was no more than 10 minutes...

And does anyone know off the top of their head how much a full 10lb bottle weighs? It says it on the label doesnt it? Maybe I should weigh it while its still full
