Just like it says I am new to the site, and I need a little help trying to find a used but good set of heads for my truck. Its a 90 454 ss pickup and I just finished blowen the aluminum ones off the truck. So I already went through and had the block and internals inspected and put together but don't have the funds to get the heads I want,so I can make do with the factory ones. Now this much I do know the heads have to be 90 or earlyer due to gm changing the design of the big blocks in 91 then later on again. So if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. And Thanks anyway if not.

Welcome to one of the better truck sites! You might get a better responce in the Internal Engine Modifications section. However, the southern boy's are a good source as well.
