anybody ever come accross this code?
P1345 - Crankshaft Position (CKP)-Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation
My wifes 99 (OBS) Yukon is showing this ..
she complanes about it not wanting to start, and being slow to start, but everytime I go out to look at it, it starts fine for me..
I never drive the Yukon, so I dont know the quirks with it..
She tries her hardest to explain what is going on, but she gets mad at me when i start chuckling at how she describes what it is doing...
any ideas?
just thought I would shoot this in here.. to see if I could get an answer..
Thanks
Daniel

your dist moved most likely. You need to set the CMP retard. It can be between -2 and +2, 0 is optimal. you have got to rev the engine over 1k rpms to see change after you move it. USUALLY if you loosen the dist, turn it as far as you can counter clockwise with the wires hooked up, tighten it back up and rev it up, its usually right.
