Default LSX Shootout 2012 Role Call

2012 LSX Series Schedule
The four-race LSX Challenge Series for the 2012 season includes stops in Bradenton, Fla., Atlanta, Ga. and Bowling Green, Ky. – with the championship again to be decided at the annual LSX Shootout, held in conjunction with the NMCA World Finals, in Indianapolis. The race dates and locations include:
• March 15-18 (NMCA season opener), at Bradenton Motorsports Park, Bradenton, Florida
• June 1-3 (Chevy High Performance Nationals) at Atlanta Dragway, Commerce, Georgia
• October 11-14 (NMCA World Finals/LSX Shootout), at Indianapolis Raceway Park, Indianapolis, Indiana.

The fourth event will be the LS Fest, Sept. 7-9, 2012, in Bowling Green, Ky., at Beech Bend Raceway. As in the past, LS Fest organizers will allow racers to follow the rules and classes of the LSX Challenge Series, with points awarded during it applying to the championship.

I would really like to go to both Bradenton and Atlanta but the dates are posing a problem for me. I'm going to Gator Nationals the week before Bradenton and Atlanta is on my wife's birthday weekend.

I want to run , but I will have to slow down to compete. If I go 11.49 , they'll kick me off I bet.

Have you not run an event before? You'll get tech'd, there's no way around it. Can you get a cage or whatever all it is you're missing done by then?

Its my daily driver. Not sure I want to put a cage in it . I run on radials and have a front driveshaft loop. Ran 11.2's before tha cam and it feels stronger now so I'll need to be set up for mid tens to be safe.

Gotchya, yeah a caged DD is a little much. Dial it down and just run for fun. It's actually better this way, you can dial in right to where you're dead consistent.
