I made it though fine. My house lost a lot of shingles and most of the siding but faired very well. My neighborhood had about two feet of water and fortunately my house is built up off the ground and only made it to the top step of my front porch. I did however have two close friends that completely lost their homes. I am currently in Panama City staying with my girlfriends family but will retun to MS tomorrow. We will then be tring to go check out my girlfriends house in Jefferson Parish on Monday.

when i talked about rumors i was speaking of baton rouge and gonzales areas. most of the **** you hear about coming from NO is true. my cousin came down as part of a SWAT team from Paulding (sp?) county, georgia this weekend...its nuts down there.

 

A friend of mine went down to NO in a boat one of teh first few days, and when they pulled up to get someone off the roof, the guy said "what took you so long, because I'm black?" What a dumbass, most of the people left there are black, if it was a racial thing, my bud wouldnt have even gone down there. What a bunch of ignorant asses

 

my buddy almost got in a fight with one yesterday while doing search and rescue from the helo. it was on top of a roof too. the guy was like i need medical attention, so he got close to him and the guy was like what the **** took you so long. i'm hungry. my buddy had his knife ready to slash his ***. and yes they are ignorant and all druged up.
