Matt, White1 has been through what seems like 6 trannys i believe or more lol!
Anyways if he would have purchased that FLT65e the first time like i did he would have saved himself thosands of dollars for other mods instead of all of those rebuilds.

I think Im on my 7th right now.

Defiantly listen to others, use their mistakes to you advantage. Buy used parts etc.

Dont forget parting out everyones truck that sits at your house overnight I thought I was gonna come out on the good, but I may wind up with nothing. But that little S-10 you got wouldnt be too bad with my drivetrain in it. Hell arent those two the only ones that run at your house right now Well except the Tahoe. Just remember mines SLOW, so it should be OK

Grit your teeth man. Everything helps. Take your lunch to work, overbalance your check book, figure the exact dollar amount you will need to meet your needs. I do all this and I work as a Mech. Engineer and do gear installs on the side.

The truck thing is a sickness. I am doing a 1 ton 4x4 conversion, building a 406 SBC, and saving for a house all at once. Its tough but it gets done.
