Farmer's are dicks. (I have had to fight them for replacement on mods before, twice. Stand your ground and threaten a lawyer if they refuse to play.

Remember, YOU are the ****** customer! I get what I need from them because I play hardball. The last time I was rear ended on my bike (the car driver got off without a ticket!!) I got a new paint job ($5200) new leathers, new boots, and all my bills paid. They tried to fight me on everything.

I have AAA with the truck and I talked to them about the mods which they told me they will cover at "market" value as long as i have receipts.

 

I had my 01 Ram stolen and stripped a few years back. Had a lot of show mods on it, never had it re-appraised. Luckily I kept every receipt I ever spent, they gave me full replacement cost on everything, and I even changed stuff up from when it was stolen.

The truck never was the same though, took them 2 months to put it back together, and I drove it for less than a month and sold it.

 

damn that sucks!!! thats what i've always been afraid of, i worry more about my brother though cause he is always running the damn streets late at night......

it sucks, but just call yourself lucky bro, it could of have been worse and you not being in here telling us the story...

thanks to everyone... theres word on the street that my trucks been targeted for for a while now and that its in the hands of some gangster ppl and the way i look at it now is that its not worth it gettin killed over my truck... luckily i got away in time... thanks sierraboy he told me already

That's terrible news to hear. I live right off in that area. It's rough out on the pasadena side of town. There's just some bad people out there and they need to learn a lesson. I keep procrastinating (big word) about it but i need to take and get a concealed hand gun license for myself.

So were you on the actual freeway or the feeder road? I would have ducked my head and hit the gas would just be my thinking on it. But I guess when you hear shots fired you just blank out and run which seems to be a pretty smart move.
