haha cody was drunk as **** calling me about once every hour to see how far ive made it. thanks for all of the tips cody. i ended up using the strap idea.
its installed! went and got some new spark plugs at about 10 today and ive been stomping it around since. this truck is so LOUD!!!! i scared the **** outa some guy on a bike and he gave me the finger
it sounds like a dragster when start it cold, and even gives a lil lope at first
my buddy could hear me about 1/2 mile away when i stomped into it.....way too raspy for my taste. and its so loud my dads guna freak out on me when he hears it.
will a dynamax bullet get rid of MOST of the rasp and quieten it down some. sounding like a harley was fun for the first couple miles but it gets too much attention.
did you have your cutout open or close???

What all do you have on your exhaust? I know you've got Pacesetters, but what else? Cats or no cats?
Edit: I forgot you had Corsa too and no cats!

Have my www.usspeedo.com gauge cluster on the way!!
Paid a lot, but it will look gooooood when it's installed.
Has stainless steel face plate with blue lettering & numbers. The highs & lows are backed with red lettering & numbers.
Has s. steel looking middle sections on the needles with lighted blue tips.
Has the tranny temp gauge
Also has the escalade chrome rings around each gauge. But it's not the escalade styled numbers.
They then programmed it to my mileage & engine hrs before it left their shop.
Can't wait to get it!

I would think that about right. My Crew cab weighed about 4950 pounds with half tank of gas and me in it. That was after the weight reduction.
I need to find out what my new project weighs. I imagine it ain't light either.
