the north side guys are meeting at 45 & 1960 hooters parking lot at 2:15 and cruising out to the hoooters at 45 & nasa road to get some grub. then itll be a long cruise to the track

went to the track yesterday:

well I am very disappointed on my times, I hope it was the weather since I heard quite a few guys on the staging lanes bragging about it... especially after seeing alot of LS1 f-bodys running 13.9-14.4.... and a lighting running a 14.0-14.4?? I dont know if it was the same one or not??
my best n/a last night was 14.2
my best on 100shot was 13.3

 

AP- your old times were with the old gears and cam?

 

damn...i would be dissapointed with that too. especially after the new cam, gears and transmission. any traction issues? whats the 60'? think the stall is too small for the new cam?

no traction issues I dont know the sixty's, the slips are at home... I dont think the stall is too small for it, I was having a hard time trying to stall it at the light, the brakes werent holding a the truck and it would actually movie it forward??

I just hope the weather had alot to do with it because if it doesnt, I'll have to burn this POS!!
