Yeah I met up with Allen at SAR but my O2 sensors were shot so he couldnt do anything

Im going to put new O2 sensors in soon and then haul the truck to Allen on a trailer and get him to dyno tune it get some numbers out of it and see where Im at on the power issue and then dyno it after the 80e swap and see how much an 80 e really eats up.

what makes the 02 sensors go bad? ive been driving without the cats for a while now and never threw any codes. in the last 2 weeks ive set off the engine sensor 2x. first one was about the 02 sensor so i figure this one is the same crap...

would i be running rich or lean with the longtubes and no cats without any tuning for it? whats the difference between running rich and lean?

rich is too much fuel... if bad enough black smoke will come out. lean means not enough fuel.
