got truck fixed now headlights dont work!!!

I'd whip out da Fluke on that. Continuity tester will tell you whether some part of wiring somewhere has been pinched.

kinda what I was thinking, that wire to the starter could easily get pinched or be too close too something hot from the motor swap...

as for the lights: no headlights or no lights period?

no headlights, ive been riding around with the hibeams on

having a similiar problem on an 04 2500 hd...

changed 194 in left rear tailight, now no running lights, or headlights. daytime running lights come on, high beams will flash but no constant on.

checked all possible fuses, cabin and underhood

checked hdlamp lo relay area thoroughly with circuit tester, got power to two of the leads (both constant powers fyi) and still nothing. hoping to narrow it down to the switch...

any thoughts?


**edit** maybe it just needed a full cycle (highway on way back from autopart store) to fix... headlights turned on when we started it this last time...
