well i put a walbro 255 in today and we had to rig it pretty much and the truck started up but only has 25 psi rail pressure i think one of the hoses in the tank got a lil loose so im hoping that is the problem.

i hated my walbro 255, i had nothing but problems with it so i switched back to the stock pump and it works perfect and had plenty of fuel for a cammed 6.0

IMO if your not running a crazy huge cam/ Big N20 Shot/ or FI. Just stick with the stock fuel setup and larger injectors.

my walbro fuel pump came with fuel hose that is "NOT RATED FOR IN TANK SUBMERSION". lol... Funny though, I dident read it until I found pieces of it in the tank when it busted the 2nd day of having it installed. You may have a small leak in it, causing low psi? idk. Beware of knockoffs, there was an article on knockoff walbros made in china, stamped with walbro logo and all.

My Walbro has held 60psi since day one, even wide open at full boost and 60# injectors.... Check your tank connections. I used the stock hose and two stainless clamps. Been holding fine.

I, too, used the stock hose and two clamps. Never had a single problem out of mine. I also cut some slats in my bucket so that it would be submerjed all the time in fuel. Has been working for a long time for me.

i think yall have a return style system mine is the returnless and i think it had to much psi and blew the hose off so im hoping that is the problem i couldn't use the stock hoses we had to use the one in the kit. im gonna pull the tank again today and see if this is the problem.
