Chevron (older gas station) outside of my subdivision is $0.12/gal higher than the Texaco (3-month old station) 0.25 miles on the other side of the interstate. I go to save the 12 cents per gallon... and have used both station's gas in my vehicles with no problems.

I'd have to catch the $2.xx /gal gas on my commute to work (if BR stations were to do that). No one is at the stations near me @ 5am.

my first job out of college was pricing gasoline for a distributor here in houston. chevron is the only company with its own rack to pull fuel from. everyone else has the same gasoline. to me it seems like they keep a better eye on quality control,

atleast thats the way it is here in houston. no telling how it works in other areas.

I got to whichever station has pure gas without ethanol, theres only like 2 to choose from

Yea pasadena on spencer and Beltway 8 got's the deals on gas prices for real!
