Good to meet you scott. MAN you should have stayed... After like 8:30, I was basically hot lapping, there was no wait at alll... I got 14 runs, crazy huh, I just kept getting faster as the temperature dropped, I ended up with a 9.470 @ 75.96 with a 2.3 60ft....

I got like 3-9.4Xs, 4-9.5Xs, 4-9.6Xs, 3-9.7X

All in all I am happy with the little 4.8....

 

Damn! Awesome times man! I'd be very happy.....gettin closer to them 8's! Id like see how quik you can get that 4.8!

i wouldve ran more, but my tires/gas tank werent agreeing with it haha

 

Thanks man, I had a blast, at the end the stagging lanes were just empty, I never actually made a complete stop until I got to the water box... I don't even want to know what my tranny temps were. The girl that holds/organizes the slips was a little pissed when I finally went up there to get them...

The only real problem the entire night was when I shifted into 2nd my tires would loose traction and spin, not a bark a spin, the loggs look nuts, my MPH goes from 40ish to 50ish for a couple of frames...... Crazy huh, that shift kit is really workin!!!

 

good times man i need to go and see what times my truck will run never ran it, mite go to denton or kennedale there about the same distance for me

 

I hear ya, I ended up leaving cause my fuel light was on.... I only really stayed to get another 9.5, but I kept getting closer so I kept running, then I ran a 9.499, and then I was like I can go faster......

 

good job man i figured you would get a 9.4. i'm driving to houston in the morning so wheatley can fix my tune and then i should be back out there. i want low 8's

 

We for sure need to have a get together out there sometime!
