Got this from another site.

3rd party access is when a buyer uses an auction service like Andale to keep up with all their auctions and handle the transactions for them. When you make a bid and use their checkout process it creates a 3rd party access with their name on it.

I had no authorizations either. If you did i'm pretty sure that means that they had complete access to your account. Alot of times the way they get a hold of your info is if they send you fake messages about something wrong with your account,etc. If i get a message like that i don't bother with clicking the links in the email i just type ebay.com into my search box then if the message that matched my the one in my email to the one in my messages section in my Ebay account i know it's a fake. Just thought i'd put that out there if you guys reading this didn't know never use the links in your email box even if it looks like it's an original from ebay.
