1. "rolling" through a stop sign (gravel road in the boonies)
2. 60 in a 45, he dropped it to 55 in a 45
3. 35 in a 25, no radar ( he claimed he paced me)
4. reckless driving, passed a guy that pulled out in front of me...went 70 in 40
5. 97 in a 75, late for the game..
4 and 5 required court costs and community service

Nothing to write home to mama about. I last one was around the first of the year, 55mph in a 30 mph. Going down a narrow windy hwy, I thought I was doing the speed limit. Didn't see a sign until he turned the lights on. He complimented my driving, then gave me a ticket. I knew him, went to court and it was thrown out. He didn't recognize my mustang when he called it in, he had to give me a ticket at that point.
Considering I bailed him out of trouble 6 months earlier, I was surprised I got a ticket. He knocked the passenger mirror off his patrol car, and brought it to me. I got a rush delivery and had a new one installed on the car before his shift was over.
Worst ticket was 72 in a 55mph, it was ripped up on the spot. Most were exactly 15 over.
I got one for doing the speed limit once. No kidding, it was 56 mph in a 55 mph zone. To beat all that was on christmas day, 2002. I was surrounded by officers, they wanted to look all through my truck. I let them, had nothing to hide. They handed me the ticket and left. When I called in to find out my court date, the lady told me it was for 69 in a 55. I said no ma'am my ticket says 56 in a 55. She had me make a copy of it with my information and send it to her. I got a phone call about 3 weeks later, an apology, and was informed the officer was dissaplined for forging documents. Turns out the ticket numbers didn't match and he couldn't provide a ticket by the same number as mine. I thought that was pretty cool. Since it was christmas, if I just mailed in my payment it would have only cost $25. But I thought 1 MPH was a bit excessive, and I didn't want it on my record since it was a my first ticket ever.

I got one in Utah in 02, 114 in A 70 zone and the trooper was pretty cool and let me off for 99 in A 70 and it never went on my record. The fine was 150 bucks and the check came back as deposited in some other small town entity and no record of the citation at all.Hmmm ? A year ago last Christmas I did A 400 Ft.burnout with my chevelle and Hwy patrol on A bike saw me and I pulled over and hung my hands out the window like (cuff me) and he asked WHAT WAS THAT ? I just said I was being really stupid and he said OK and asked whats under the hood and I told him 555 Big Block. He replied; Merry Christmas, and let me go. In Calif. That's jail and impound so I got lucky on that one.
