Default do e-fans really make a difference?

about 3-4months ago, I had my e-fans on and I raced a lightning, and I would pull about 1-1.5 trucks on him, now I have the stock clutch fan and I raced the same guy and he got me by very little.( I was right behind his door)... the only difference is that I dont have the efans no more and that I had a passenger with me (250lbs+).... do yall think if I put the efans back on and race by myself that I can get him on the next one?

either way the e-fans are going back on it...

i have not put on my fans yet, but i can tell you 250lbs makes a big difference. I took a 300lb friend for a ride and thought something was wrong with my truck. he got out and power came back! hence ...i am on a diet

Your 250+lbs. passenger played the biggest role in that race, but the e-fans also played a role, but not nearly as much as the extra 250+lbs. I saw that race with the white SCSB chevy, and yall almost swapped paint!

Pretty much agree with the others. The 250+ passenger had more to do than the fans. I've always been told that every 100# = approx 1 tenth in the 1/4, and when I was running my crew cab it pretty much held true.

I'd say the fans may have had a little bit to do with it, but not much.

Off the subject, you wanna meet up this evening and get those plug wires?

did you'lll race from a roll cause the 250 lbs id not as bad as from a dead stop for some reason and yes the fans make a good difference.
