leo it not hard at all.
just hold your brake unitll the light turns green. you'll get a flash of a yellow light. when you see that hit the gas. by the time the truck starts to move the green light will come on and then it's ***** to the wall
hammer it untill you get past the finish line.
you have to play with your truck. you may not be able to mash and go, but you might have to go half throttle and then hammer it.

well its going to be instant green so all you will see is a green light, just like a light on the streets, so when ever the green light comes on just floor it your truck wont spin on the sticky surface we hope lol later

BAD NEWS BOYS!!! Tom Bass Park is booked up. It has been booked full for most of the summer. So you guys will have to meet in the big parkinglot next to the amplitheater. All the pavillions are booked. The guy said they stay booked in the main summer months and start taking reservations for 2005 beginning in November.
I think Hooters on Nasa 1 @ I45 south might be a good alternative. Just my 2 cents.

Since Tom Bass is going to be crowded why dont we join the cruise to Galveston https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=189157
Afterwards whoever wants to go to the track can go at 4.

Have you seen the price of gas?
and then you want to drive all the way to Galveston, stay there for an hour, maybe and then turn around and drive all the way back to Baytown.

Count me out on that one.,
plus there are way to many people that have said they are going, to change the place of meeting up now.
there is something like 30+ trucks coming from this board and several other chevy boards.
so TOM BASS will remain the spot.
I have an Idea for the next one and will be checking into it after this meet.
Thanks Greg for checking it out. guess I will be bringing a lawn chair and the pop-up cover

anybody else have a canopy, you might want to bring it, and lawn chairs also.
but just so everyone knows, when you come into the park off of the Beltway from the first entranc the amplitheater will be on your right
cant miss it.
