the company i work at BAYERBMS in baytown texas is having our company picnic and cook off and i submitted a truck car show, which i am sure they will approve, this will be held at the san jacinto mall parking lot in baytown, may 16th and 17th show being on the 17th and the partying being on the 16th (night) we will be setting things up, i would be the chair person or organizer of this event, there will be 3 placings 1st 2nd 3rd i am working on getting the company to either provide gift certificates or just plain ole cash for winners. cash would be hard to get cause of well donation write offs. first place i am shooting for 500.00 2nd 300 and third 100 or 1st 2nd 3rd place trophies, personally i would rather have the cash, bottom line is i (we) welcome anyone its open to the public there will be free food and drinks for everyone, its not confined to the company and there relatives ( how many companies do that ) there will be alot going on and would be lots of fun, if anyone is interested or have questions feel free to post here or pm me..i will try my best to answer all ...

I know its a good while off, so this will give everyone time to make arrangements and put it on your calenders to be there ...


this just came about today so i will add things and what happens as i hear or organize whats going on as time goes by...

on another note you dont have to have an exotic truck or car, its just something i (we) came up with .... more then likely there will be catagories i will list all this once we have our meetings and talk more about how we would like to do this, and how much dollars or what kind of rewards would be given

hopefully by then i have my HD hood and molded roll pan. if so, ill definetly be there....
