Yea- they are experimenting for sure. I had to sign a nondisclosure agreement after we set everything up. The market is tight to say the least. I wanted to bust the motor open but there aren't enough pieces to do everything I wanted so I figured why do it now. I'm planning to send it back down to FL in May or June to do the heads, pistons, rods, crank, etc, just waiting for all of th eparts to be released.

Programming went through KRC so not sure cost but it darn sure made a difference. I picked up 54rwhp from just the cam and tune and that was only a 2nd gear dyno. They couldn't get it to hold in 3rd for a true 1:1 pull. I've dynoed several times and I usually get an extra 10% or so out of a 3rd gear pull so we figure its actually 330+ to the rear wheels.

Have you ever run at Carolina Drag Way in Jackson/N. Augusta? Nice track. I believe it may be open most of the year too.

Never been there. Is it 1/8 or 1/4 mile track?

1/4. It's a very nice set up.
We (SC Chapter DTW) held an even back in July there.

Daggum if it isn't the slow Chevy from Millen. WUZZUP

It's "Hemicota from CSRA".

We definitely need to have a truck night at Carolina. "HOUSE OF HOOK"

Sup Notch?!?!
When does Carolina Dragway close for the winter?

My truck should be back around Halloween so I should be there very soon after I get her back if they're open.

Decemer 17th is the last run for 2005. They haven't posted 2006's schedule yet, but they normally open back up the last weekend in January. They're going to be adding some things to the track in the downtime, so it may be down until sometime in February.

We'll see how it goes. We'll be out of town most weekends in October, but in November I'd hope to be making some passes out there.
