well sold my truck about a month in a half ago and goin to buy a 08 siverado this coming year.i'ma get a 5.3l regular cab with the 3.73's posi from the dealer,tranny cooler aswell. i already have for the truck a asp pulley,borla exhaust that i'ma run 3" all the way to the back with a corsa 4" tip that a recently bought.goin to get pacesetters for it and k&n air filter.on the tranny want to install a transgo with servo.don't want to run no bigger than a 3200 stall on it.what do ya'll recommend on choice of cam???

the 220 on a 114 cam is a great DD and has performed great in these trucks.

 

can i go with 112.i would like it to sound pretty good.i won't be using it much on the street.what kinda #'s can i expect with this setup.

 

I would definately go with a 112lsa to get that loping sound.. and with fully bolt on cam/stall, I dont see why it wouldnt hit high 12's..

 

I still have my FMS 220/220 .547/.547/ 114LSA +4 for sale. $275 with the gear. How far are you from Baton Rouge? I don't have pay pal. Mine made 340HP 310TQ with the mod's in my sig. I have some sound clips in the multimedia section.
