today was a good day for me till i got home. went to get on my 3200 dollar computer to find out my step daughter in one single bound fucked my entire xps up. the bastard won't boot up, it won't do a dam thing.

then i grab my laptop from the ups box that brads sent it to me in and to my unfortunate luck it was ok. but it took about 30 mins for me to get to this stage so i could type a message on here. this pos makes me want to throw it through my wall so freaking bad it isn't funny. dell is going to hear it from me tonight. lucky for me i bought the 3 year protection plan, anything goes on either computer. i'm gonna tell the people on the phone that i am gonna shoot each computer with a shotgun. then mail them both back in.

 

Dell's QC isn't what it used to be. They're getting cheaper and cheaper. Greater internal technology, but casing & software bundle getting worse & worse. Not to mention customer support has taken a downhill turn a few years ago... still not getting better.

I'll take that XPS off your hands for free, though, if ya just gon shoot it wit a shotgun.

 

haha, according to my warranty that i paid a nice price for i can do anything and they will replace it. hmm, i bet my nitrous fed nissan would like to go mountain climbing on it. lol. (big *** computer)
