Well, I would go with a mild duration, high lift, tight lsa.
Such as a: 212/214 .580/.600 on a 111 lsa. The grind from Comp would be a 3033/3013 HR111. That would work well with the stock converter.

probably get awya wtih a littl e more exhaust duration if he went with XER lobes

The cam I listed is on a XFI lobe. Then he could use this one: 212/218 .580/.590 on a 111lsa......Grind number would be:3033/3034 HR111.

Now that would probably be a real nice cam in the avy their chris. You know if you arnt happy with your times that cam right their is actually a nice nitrous cam.
