there is no such citation in the state of Texas for contest of speed. Racing is now a class B offense for the first offense, second is a class A, and third ......... is a state jail felony. If he wrote you a ticket for it then he is the dumb ***. That law was taken out about three years ago. So you should be able to get out of it without paying anything.

most of all those tickets were in my coughhondacough (clearing throat) i have had this truck almost three years and only have had 3 maybe 4 tickets. most of which were not moving violations
