Default 12 second truck club...ECSB in san antonio?

Saw a truck on the highway with a 12 second truck club sticker, figured it was from here, But haven't seen many people post from San Antonio.

It was a dark gray 03-05 ECSB Silverado. Truck was pretty clean, it was even pulling a trailer. lol

Anyone know who it was?
