I banned him after reading his reply(really bad) to the name change thread. I emailed him why and let him know that if he tried to reregister he would be permanently banned(site policy). He reregistered so the 1 year ban became permanent. He did read and reply to the email so I have to assume he understood the consequences of what he did.

I'm not going to say alot about him since he's banned but, he is not as innocent as some may think. CAMMIN03' is not the first name he's been banned under and this isn't the first site. After a while seeing the same stuff and hearing the same complaints over and over about the same person gets old, especially when you've asked them to chill out in the past.
