I've posted three videos and only one of them actually work.
The last was a 3 vid compilation that I up loaded from our T1 line at work so I don't think anything got messed up during the upload.
How long does optimizing take?
The videos I uploaded are not very big, the first two were aboot
3000-3500kb the last was about 8900kb.

Hey, we had a server outage two weeks ago (our web host "upgraded" our server without our knowledge and it crashed the system). Anyhow this caused the optimization to slow down and eventually crashed earlier this week. We're working thtough a huge backlog of videos, but should have everything fixed over the next day, sorry about that!
