I passed this thread along in a PM to one of the IB guys. He hasn't logged on since friday so hopefully he sees it soon. If one of the admins or moderators knows a quicker way to get IT help, by all means forward this thread on to them.

I mentioned this in another thread, but on my phone, a verizon droid incredible, if I de-select "check for mobile versions" from the browser settings I dont get any more requests asking if I want to use the mobile version.

Samsung's version of their android browser does not allow for this option. My HTC phone did, but there are a lot of phones out there without that setting to change.

For those with the droids you can download the skyfire internet browser and it will eliminate the constant pop up non sense. Its free and has a few pretty cool perks.

Haven't tried skyfire but have been using Opera on my Android for months now and it's lots faster than the stock browser and I don't get the mobile pop up add. Might be worth checking out for other users also

I hate the mobile theme ****'ness of this forum as well. I like seeing avatars and signatures. And it won't let me go to the normal site either. Really frustrating
