I bought a 2006 Silverado extended cab 4x4 in Victory Red and LT3 trim with the Vortec Max package. I like the look of the grille in the SS better than my chrome one. Will the SS grille fit mine without any mods?

Also, what does the background look like on the 06 SS grille? Is it black or chrome?

I would say yes it will interchange. i think the 06 back gound is grey

 

if you do this let me know how much you want for your grille shell . im looking to be the only "06" stepside around town lol
