Default Transfer case

A buddy of mine has a 2005 SS with a supercharger and messed up his transfer case and want to know if anybody could point me in the right direction of someone who could beef his up don't want to go back with stock parts.

AFAIK, there isn't much you can do over stock. Many of us have hit the 149 with substantial power and TQ with no issues. I am curious on what your friend did to "mess it up".

racing after he launch it and halfway down track it went out

On mine the input shaft and input coupling smoothed the teeth.
