Default Street Scene SS roll pan

I purchased a Street Scene SS roll pan in the intent to run my exhaust through the duct area of it. Well after it was painted and installed we realized that the spring mount is right in front of the duct. Anybody have a suggestion as to what to do for exhaust tips for this thing? Also I have the SS bumper cover in the front and was wondering what people are doing for fog lights mounted in the duct area also. Thanks, any help would be great.
