talked to the wheel people, and they said if the aluminum is pitted they can refinish a wheel starting $325. but they said in bout 6 month the pits will start to resurface. so the lady i talked to said that it wouldnt be worth the moneny or wait. cuz their lead time is 8-10 weeks.

so i wont be goin that route. found a guy that is local that i can get 08 tahoe 20" wheels off of for $1600 with tires too. so ill probably save and get some of those.

yeah but that salt on the roads are just eating the **** out of them and i daily drove it for 2 months before i changed the brakes.... and levi wasnt daily driving it, i dont think.

i just need some warm weather to go out there and polish them real good to see if it will come off

Hello all. I have a question, does anybody new the measurements and the dimensions, of the Stripes on the hood of the new RST Regency 2008. I want to put the strips on my truck, its not a RST, its a Silverado 08.

hey saw ya'll talkin bout the stripes didn't read all the way thru it but yeah mine are crackin real bad & considering you guys want pics of all the bad **** i'll start takin pics of my lil need fixings lol 1. stripes are cracking - fix - having them painted on hood & tailgate 2. pitting in the rims - fix - still gotta change the pads & prolly get new rims i want 5 star 3. hit mailbox - fix - have body shop fix it & respray small scratch parts probably just have to sand clear down nd respray...i'll throw some pics on later today...there's some other things wrong but i can't think of them lol

EDIT: if you check out my sig & look at my tailgate there's no plastic piece on there...anyone have an extra one? i'm sick of having just 4 open holes there until i get the t/g shaved thanks!
