My brakes are Baer's. Not sure if there's a difference?
Anybody had luck with these Regency parts companies? I need stripes bad and wouldn't mind having a new shifter ball.

I just went to twisted bullets sign shop here in the bay area and had him create some new stripes for my truck. Could never tell they weren't the factory stripes! I am sure there is somewhere nearby where you live that could make some for you... And as far as the shifter ball, I think hurst makes one in white that is very similar to the stock one, unless you are trying to stick to the regency stuff....

I've got the stock ball/arm from mine since I put in a hurst not too long ago.

Before I had my 2004 RST, I had a 2006 white w/orange RST for about a month (RIP) a couple of years ago, I can't remember if it had disc or drum brakes, but I know it definitely didn't have the painted BAER brake calipers on the rear also, like my 2004 does.

As far as I've seen, only the 2004 and possibly 2005 models had the rear BAER big brakes, but don't string me up if I'm wrong.

I know only the 04s came with rear disc. After that all 05s and newer had rear drum. Depending on the year (not including 04) some of the front brakes were no longer Baer. Not to toot my own horn, but the 04s were the most "special." Rear Disc, red bowtie on the front (i think all 05s have black). Many post 04 models also didnt come with the k&n intake from factory

04RST,

06 Jon Moss and 04 are definitely the most "special" models. I would like to see an official number of each year RST produced.

I have a question for you, though. Do you have any video/audio clips of your truck anywhere online? I'd like to see what it sounds like with your cam and with/without your cutouts open.
