Default Nitrous SS Done?

Hey guys,

I'm currently building a 6.0/4l80e but happened to possibly get my hands on a 03' Silverado SS Blue 67k miles down South. The guy is letting it go for a good good price. But he told me it was set up for nitrous and I know those 4l60es don't hold much power. It's an older guy. Trying to see if its worth it or not. And should I rebuild that LQ9 or just build this tank crew cab I have. Truck is in great condition. might take my truck apart and use it as a parts truck to build this. Trying to get some information since I don't really know much about these. Gut is telling me it was sprayed even though he didn't run it hard and gave it to his daughter that I should stay away from it. I did read a few of this and front diff and transfer case issues. Any other Recalls or issues building these? Any help Fellas?
