need help with value of two trucks rst & joe gibbs

im new to the forum and am in need of some expert opinions on 2 trucks i have found. im looking to buy one of the 2 but dont know what they are worth. the first truck is an 06 gmc rst with 48,000 mi on it, it is red with black race stripes and looks imaculate the dealer is asking 18900 for the truck. the other truck is at the same dealer and it is an 05 joe gibbs silverado with 18,000 mi on it. it is blue and the same dealer is asking 19900 for it. im leaning towards the joe gibbs truck(for the supercharger) but there are a few things i dont like about it. 1 the windows are hand cranked not electric, and it doesnt have the joe gibbs front and rear bumpers. the rst is super sweet truck but doesnt have the supercharger on it. with the economy the way it is right now what do you think a good starting price for both of these trucks would be? as i have never even heard of these two trucks until the last week or so. thanks in advance

It'd be really hard for me to pay almost 19k on a 4 yr old truck That's probably just a stripped down base model truck with the rst package on it. 5 speed 4.8 i mean come on. I mean they are nice but damn. For an rst 06 i could see about maybe 12k. At least that's what I would pay
Now the Joe gibbs, like you said has the supercharger, but nothing else.
They both have low miles, and I don't know what those trucks normally go for, but it's too much whatever it is.
But people still buy them as evidence on this site

if you were to buy either truck, expect the truck to be worth less than half of what you buy it for. the last time i checked the est. value of my rst it was like 9k. if you have the time read the write-up we have goin on the rst's.

I wouldnt pay anywhere near 19 for either of these. More like 10 or 12k for the RST then add a supercharger/turbo myself. The Gibbs only has supercharger and seats, thats pretty plain jane for a JGP truck IMO.

i appreciate everyones input... as i had know clue to the value of either trucks. but i am definately not paying 19000 for a 5 or 6 year old truck.... both are sweet trucks. +1 on the jg for the super charger but other than that its a basic work truck. the rst is nice but no supercharger. this really sucks both trucks have qualities i like. i know it would probly be cheaper to get the jg truck and dress it up myself, but i wont know which one i truly want until i see them in person.

I'll sell you mine. 05 RST. Keep in mind a stock regency dyno's at around 235-45 RWHP. The Regency is what I'd go with. Looks better IMO too with more upgrades than the JG without a blower. My truck currently pushed some crazy RWHP numbers and has a LOT of upgrades for around the same price.

My 2 cents... I got my RST 2 and a half yrs ago BRAND NEW (had 386 miles on it) and i bought it from a dealer for 14k. It was an 05 silver with black stripes RST like the red on except it was a chevy not a GMC. Still, that saying... I wouldnt walk out of that place with 48k mile RST truck for a dime over 8-9k. Its got some miles on it plus its almost 5 yrs old now... Dealer is ripping u off personally...
