Paid $19,500 for mine back in Feb '08 w/33,000 miles on it.
Its unfortunate but mods scare alot of buyers off...I wouldn't expect to get a premium for the extras.
Maybe $15,000 with the right buyer.

Well like RSTinOKC said mods to a normal buyer would make them hesitate on it no matter how clean it was because they know you put parts to race it or intended to race the truck whether you did or not. Like me personally even tho I would welcome mods because I would race the truck I think even I would still look for a factory truck so I can mod it the way I want to. And also it a manual truck, now a days alot of people want the ease of an auto. But dont get me wrong your truck looks great and im sure runs really good, if I were to put a price tag on it I would say with low miles around $14k-$16k.

It's got 54000 on it, not bad for a 7yr old truck. IDK yet if I want to sell it, it just sits in the garage. Last year I only drove it 1200 miles. I would hope I could get somewhere between 15k-17k, wouldnt be worth it to me selling it for anything less. Thanks for your opinions.

honestly i think you should just keep it. I'd say its worth between 12-14k depending if its a 4.8 or 5.3.
