at idle as long as the ve table isn't way off it will be able to hit its target 14.7. At wot it should be in open loop and doing only what the VE table says and then appling PE to it. So the 12.8 tells me the tune is pretty close depending on what he is looking for in the PE table.

Maybe email nelson and ask what his afr is for WOT based on the power enrichment and if he says 12.8.....it should be pretty darn good.

odds are he's running a stepped PE, as rpm goes up he will lean it out, but get your afr around 6000 or so and ask him what he has the tune set at, at that rpm.

Are you still thinking about racing on the 2nd?

Personally, I would start over with the tune. Either that or obtain an unlocked tune and post it up. You have an 03? IMHO, having a mail order tune for a heads/cam/bolt-on truck is far from ideal, no mater who tunes it.

you will learn alot by having a new tune to work on play with. I have one, its not great but I am doing it! I will load my other tune in when I dont want to worry or am not logging.

60ft time?
MPH?

Do you have a converter?

I ran 14.2 with stock heads, small cam, stock converter (killed most gains)
so I feel like there is more in it.

yep, I would say start your tune
the 60 is slow, I would guess 1.9's

forget what my MPH was??
its hard, bc you think all the parts are on, I can go run a great time...worng, you have to still work out the tuning.
GL man.
