Default Exhaust for Silverado SS and VortecMAX the same?

I trying to find out if a catback system for a Silverado SS will fit my Vortec MAX. My truck is 4wd Extended cab shortbed, which should be the same as an SS. Any Vortecmax owners out there with an aftermarket exhaust? I was wanting to go with the Magnaflow system. ANy help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brent

I have a SS and what i found was better and cheaper is to buy the mufflers and cats on the net and take it to a shop and have them bend and weld all the pipes up to what you bought. my setup is pacesetter Lt's no cats and two 3' pips going to a magnaflolw 3' Xpipe magnaflow then to two 6' cans then dumped right before the axle. i spent $950 for everything and it sounds great and runs great.

What kind mileage increse did you see?
The reason I ask about an SS exhaust is that I work for a hummer dealer and I can get either magnaflow or a GM performance parts exhaust for close to cost, and they have no listing for a Sierra with a 6.0 (yet).
I hadn't thought about longtubes, so thanks for the ideas.
Did you use a truck specific long tube or one for an F body?

Do you have dual pipes off the manifolds that come back to the muffler?? or does the manifolds come down to a y pipe then a single pipe into the muffler?

i have the ss/hummer longtubes from Dynatech/Systemmaxx w/ dual pipes.
The magnaflow has twin resonators off of each cat pipe then flows into a dual inlet/outlet muff. with a x pipe built into it [have to see it to belive it] and then duals out the back.
I ordered an exhaust for a ss from magnaflow.
Gas milage on my truck is @ 450+ miles a tank in the city[houston] and the inst fuel econ on the dash stays around 18-20 at 80 mph
