Default 2005 "Smokin Asphalt" SSR 6 Speed

Here is my new SSR which is at Magnuson Products with Brian right now getting the Polished Radix installed. I cannt wait to see how this turns out, the LS2 is already a very strong engine at 390HP/400TQ. They will be doing a before and after dyno run with it. I will have to find a drag strip close by now that Carlsbad Dragway is gone to the developers (3 miles from my house). Here are a few pictures of it before I dropped it off.

I just dropped it off friday. I should have it back in 10 days, I am on the edge of my seat. Maybe Brian can chime in. They say the 6 speed LS2 SSR's will do 0-60 in 5.2 and the 1/4 in 13.89 stock. I am real interested in what it dynos at before the Radix install. They said it is on the dyno right now.

BlownChevy just reported that they pulled 340 Rwhp with it before the Radix.

Those are some great times for your Silverado SS, I had a 2004 Silverado SS and loved that truck. I just didnt need all the space and was working near the beach at the time, real bad for a Black SS.

Eventually, I want to build a MID Wet Sleeve 427 CI LS2 Block. That is a little off in the future though. Money is a little tight, I am trying to get a project for a 1932 Chevrolet Roadster (car and pick-up) in all steel off the ground.
