I'm pretty sure it will, the place I bought it says the hitch is for a 99-06 Silverado/Sierra. Will you be in the DFW area to pick it up? This is for a "Local Pick Up Only" as any shipping cost would be more than what the price for the Hitch is. Here is a link that has everything I have except for the harness;

Thanks man! It is a bolt on pan and was easy to put on and looked great on the truck. Fit like a glove and the hidden hitch was a plus too! I towed my car with it and on several occasions, went thru the toll booths with the license plate flipped down and the hitch sticking out of it. Got pulled over once for it, Texas Highway Patrol wanted to know if the tags were expired, which they weren't so we sat on the side of the George Bush Interchange and talked for almost an hour about cars and golf!!
The one I have is a Street Scene Roll Pan, steel, the white spot on the pan was from me backing into the trailer getting ready for a night at the drag strip. Didn't dent the pan but I moved the trailer back about 8 inches so its pretty tough!
Yeah I thought it was/is a good deal too for the combo. Just trying to help out a Bro with cool parts, cheap!
